BRAND-BOOSTING SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER NEEDED

We are seeking a proactive and autonomous Social Media Virtual Manager to take full responsibility for managing and growing our brand presence across Facebook and Instagram.
This long-term role requires someone who can operate independently, create compelling content, build our audience, and foster community engagement without needing ongoing direction from the company after receiving the necessary tools and information.
Key Responsibilities.
Full Autonomy in Content Creation.
Design and develop engaging posts, images, reels, and videos independently, posting 4-5 times per week (1-2 posts per day).
Content Types.
Product-related posts.
Promote our range of products, including sports items, apparel, tech, and home utensils.
Announcements.
Communicate new product launches, promotions, and updates.
Engaging social content.
Create non-product-related posts, such as lifestyle, behind-the-scenes, or user-generated content, to keep the audience engaged.
Creative strategies.
Propose and implement innovative content ideas to boost brand awareness and engagement, including trends, challenges, and influencer collaborations.
Grow and Engage Followers.
Develop and execute strategies to increase followers organically without external input.
Proactively engage with the community by responding to comments, messages, and encouraging discussions.
Build Brand Awareness.
Strengthen brand recognition across the Sports, Tech, and Home products categories.
Keep up with the latest trends to ensure the brand remains relevant and engaging.
Candidate Requirements.
Proven track record of managing Facebook and Instagram accounts with demonstrated success in growing follower bases and engagement.
Proficient in content creation tools like Canva and Adobe Creative Suite, with the ability to independently create high-quality content.
Strong copywriting and graphic design skills, with the ability to create posts with minimal direction.
Ability to analyze social media performance and optimize strategies autonomously.
Must provide a portfolio showcasing previous work and successful social media campaigns.

We provide access to Canva Pro and Freepik Premium for content creation, along with any additional images or video assets you may require to execute your strategy.

Important update.
This is not any copywrite or proposal for social media grow plans, or advice, this is social media content creation and is a monthly project.
I will pay monthly the agreed value to manage 30 days the social media accounts.
