BNPP ISPL - Selenium Tester - Years of experience.

The role is for a Tester with experience of working within a dynamic and demanding environment reacting to changing business needs who works equally well as an individual or as part of a team.
Selenium automation – 2 to 5 years Understanding testing principles and practices Ability to plan, design, and execute test cases Selenium Testing experience from 2 to 5 Able to communicate effectively with IT teams as well as Business Teams Should have functional Specification Analysis Experience Work in close co-ordination with functional test team to Analyze test cases thoroughly to ensure adequate coverage of requirements.
Closely work with Dev teams/BA to resolve technical & business issues and to develop a good understanding of the project and testing objectives.
Must have good analytical skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Should be able to communicate effectively with IT teams as well as Business Teams Must be flexible, independent.
Perform other testing-related duties as required Skills.
