The grantee will receive brief initial training on the necessary concepts of Cell Biology and Proteomics.
A brief introduction to Deep Learning for the analysis of electron microscopy films and images will be provided.
The grantee's experience in Machine Learning/Data Mining will be updated with new algorithms suitable for the analysis required by specialists.
Work on the analysis of electron microscope films and images.
Work on the analysis of available proteomic data.
Academic Qualifications Bachelor in Informatics and Computing Engineering Minimum profile required Knowledgeable in Python and C+p programming.
Knowledgeable in Data Bases technology.
