RESPONSIBILITIES ▪ Design, develop, implement, and support robust and scalable BI solutions.
▪ Create mindful intuitive data visualizations and user interfaces to ensure usability, stickiness and straight-forward actionable items.
▪ Build BI reports, dashboards, and metrics for our teams and management based on their needs to support decision making and data-driven insights.
▪ Translate business and product requirements into data models by collaborating with analysts, developers, and stakeholders across the company.

QUALIFICATIONS ▪ Bachelor’s degree in a relevant domain ▪ At least 2 years of experience in BI development, preferably in a fast-growing environment.
Must have.
▪ Proficiency in Tableau for developing interactive dashboards and reports.
▪ Experience with data orchestration tools such as Airflow.
▪ Strong SQL skills for data querying, transformation, and performance optimization.
▪ Knowledge of data modeling, warehousing, and best practices for BI architecture and dashboards.
▪ Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to work effectively in a team environment collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Advantage.
▪ Experience with BigQuery data warehouses.
▪ Experience in designing and optimizing data pipelines for data extraction, transformation, and loading.
▪ Familiarity with Python or other scripting languages for data processing.
▪ Knowledgeable of software development practices, including version control, testing, documentation.
▪ Experience with database management systems.
▪ Proficiency in Linux ▪ Product understanding and oriented approach.
