Lisbon Portugal (Remote Coimbra to Algarve) Start Date.
October Language Requirement.
French Schedule.
Monday to Saturday (including bank holidays).
AM PM (Portuguese time) Days Off.
Sunday and 1 rotational day Type of Contract.
Temporary 4 months (Peak season) Base Gross Salary.
855 EUR per 14 months Performance Bonus.
Up to 100 EUR per 12 months About the Company.
Join our team at the Beauty Products Brand based in Lisbon providing excellent customer service in French.
We offer a remote work opportunity across Portugal during our peak season.
Key Responsibilities.
Provide exceptional customer support to Frenchspeaking customers via phone email and chat.
Address inquiries resolve issues and ensure a positive customer experience.
Collaborate with team members to optimize processes and contribute to customer satisfaction.
Candidate Profile.
Fluent in French (written and spoken).
Previous experience in customer service or a related role preferred.
Excellent communication skills and a customerfocused mindset.
Ability to work a flexible schedule including Saturdays and occasional bank holidays.
Remote work experience or flexibility to work remotely across Coimbra to Algarve regions.
Additional Information.
This role offers a competitive salary with a performance bonus during peak season.
The contract duration is 4 months specifically for our peak operational period.
The hiring process includes an application review language assessment and 12 interviews with the client.
