Bartender, Beverage Manager, Food & Beverage DirectorGeneral Purpose.
The Bar Back supports the bartender with a primary responsibility of restocking glasses, beverages, ice, etc.
The Bar Back must always be one step ahead of bartender's needs by keeping bar area clean, well-stocked, and organized and constantly looks for opportunities to learn more about beverages and to help other staff.
pecific Responsibilities.

ssists/executes any and all tasks as assigned by bartender.

ommunicates with bartenders throughout shift.

ducation/Formal Training.
High school or equivalent education required.
