Job DescriptionAs a member of the North Point Management Team, the Banquet Manager works closely with the Sales Team to deliver the highest quality guest experience by ensuring proper execution of the Banquet Event Orders (BEO), anticipating guest needs, and leading the banquet team in meeting all safety and food preparation standards as well as the highest standard of hospitality.
ssential Functions.
Understand Banquet Event Orders and staff appropriately to ensure safe, efficient event set up, service, and break down Oversee and assist in setting up and tear-down of meeting rooms, buffets, meeting space, special food service tables, and equipment.
Complete prep and side work efficiently so focused attention during the event can be given fully to guest care.
Deliver and serve food and beverages, including, but not limited to, meals, condiments, and accompaniments.
Always ensure quality guest service and comfort by monitoring the area continuously.
Respond to guest requests in a friendly, timely, and efficient manner.
Attend to all guests' needs during functions and function-related duties.
Assist fellow team members and other departments to maintain positive working relationships.
Must be able to set tables to specifications, carry trays, and deliver excellent customer serviceSupervisory Responsibility.
