Job Description For Banquet Captain(HOZ) in Oceanside,United States.

The Banquet Captainis responsible for making the function space visually appealing and presenting the menu offering for the event.
This may include linen and table setting, food station design, and beverage service.
Other duties include oversight of the general banquet preparation, room refreshes, and maintaining a sanitary environment.
This person may assist in scheduling required staff for banquet functions.

Must be effective at listening to, understanding, and clarifying the concerns and issues raised by co-workers and guest.

+ years of related F&B and/or hospitality-related experience.
+ years in Banquet Captain or Catering Supervisor role.
+ years Supervisory experience, skills & abilities.
