About You You are based in Europe You have 3+ years of experience building backend systems Want to gain experience in LLM frameworks or workflows You care about what you build and are autonomous and proactive in addressing product challenges, and identifying user or platform needs while writing tests to validate your assumptions You love to learn and you constantly improve your skills and you always welcome new product and tech challenges You are a team player, growing with and helping teammates grow, doing code reviews and pair-programming You have a drive to solve problems, to fix something that's broken, rather than waiting for someone else to do it It is a plus if you have relevant experience in parts of our stack.
