We are seeking a Backend Developer with a focus on Architecture to design and implement scalable, efficient, and robust backend systems.
This role is ideal for someone with a deep understanding of software design patterns, system architecture, and distributed systems who enjoys shaping the technical foundation of large-scale applications.
Your mission will be… Deploy, monitor, and maintain applications on AWS, utilizing services like EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, and CloudFormation for robust and scalable architectures; Develop and maintain backend systems by designing and implementing RESTful APIs with Node.
s, ensuring high performance and scalability; Design, optimize, and manage database schemas and queries, including handling migrations and ensuring data integrity; Collaborate with front-end developers and product managers to align on architecture and design for new features and enhancements; Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, conduct code reviews, and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices; Set up monitoring tools and alerts, troubleshoot issues, and debug problems to ensure system uptime and optimal performance; Improvement process proposal.
We are looking for someone with… Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or relevant information technology area; Proven experience with AWS infrastructure, including services like EC2, RDS, S3, and Lambda; At least 3 years of professional experience with NodeJS; Knowledge of SQL; Experienced working with REST APIs; Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices; Knowledge of infrastructure as code (IaC) tools such as CloudFormation; Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills; Customer and quality focus; Be able to pick up knowledge in new areas very fast; Fluency in English; Good communication skills and ability to work with a multitude of different stakeholders and clients; Ability to work effectively both individually and within a team.
