Your new Role As an AWS Cloud Engineer, as a Member of the Public Cloud team, you will be responsible for.
Manage and maintain Cloud infrastructure in the Telenor TSS AWS Cloud Platform; Work in close collaboration within the Public Cloud team as well as with peers in application and security teams (among others); Oversee and support transformational/migration projects, all from business requirements, design, implementation and operations; Ensure the Cloud infrastructure is robust, scalable and cost efficient; Design and implement Cloud architectures; Manage and automate Cloud resources; Ensure the overall health of the Cloud environment.
What you will need to succeed To be succeed as an AWS Cloud Engineer, you will need.
+4 years of experience working in AWS Cloud; Working knowledge and hands on experience of IaaS and PaaS cloud environments; Oversight experience on transformational/migration projects; Understanding of multi-tier and multi account Cloud setup (primarily AWS, business drivers, and emerging computing trends); Strong understanding and knowledge on cloud native tools like.
- Cloud Services (EC2, ELB, S3/EBS, EKS, ECS, CloudTrail, AWS config, AppStream, Lambda, RDS, etc.) - IP Networks (DirectConnect, VPN, VPC, Transit GW, WAF, CloudFront, Route 53, etc.) - Infrastructure as Code (Preferred Terraform but also Cloud Formation) - Automation tools (SystemManager, AutoScaling, Certificate Manager, Image builder, etc.) - Monitoring Solution (CloudWatch, Inspector, SecurityHub, etc.) Strong understanding of Linux and Windows operating systems; Experience with FinOps; Wiling to work to benefit a team as a whole; Experience from work in a multi-location teams; Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – Fluency in English.
