Position Description.
Primary-Amazon Connect, Contact Flow, Lex, Lambda, DynamoDB, CloudWatch, S3, SNS, SES, API Gateway, Python and the ability to develop AWS environments as code with terraform, AWS Cloud Formation Design, solution, modernize, and migrate customer workloads and deploy new customer applications within AWS  Modernize, migrate, and deploy the clients contact center to Amazon Connect  Develop the functionality, design and architect integrations with Amazon Connect  Improve and develop services related to Contact Center as a Service operated by Amazon Connect  Design and deploy enterprise network, security, and system management solutions within AWS  Design and implement scalability, performance, and availability for AWS managed service environments Skills.
