Full Time We are looking for an experienced "Automation Testing" to join our team.
The ideal candidate should be passionate about coding and developing scalable and high-performance applications.
You will work closely with our front-end developers, designers, and other members of the team to deliver quality solutions that meet the needs of our clients.
Qualification.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or higher with minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Your future duties and responsibilities.
• Develop and implement automated testing solutions using industry-standard tools and frameworks.
• Analysing business requirements to determine the test strategy covered by automation testing • Analyse test results and collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve defects.
• Develop and execute new test scripts using automated Frameworks such as Robot Framework, Selenium, Appium • Creating and enhancing Test Cases (Test Scripts) using Element locators, WebDriver methods, Java programming concepts, and TestNG Annotations.
• Good knowledge on Model driven testing using ConformIQ tool • Record problems and issues in accordance with the project's problem and issue management plans • Experience with Agile development methodologies and tools such as JIRA or Confluence.
• Document defects using the project’s defect management tools.
• Work with the application team to resolve any issues that arise out of the testing process.
• Participate in the release control process (when the application is transferred from the build team to the test team) to ensure that solutions meet business requirements.
• Analysing Test Results and Reporting Defects • Experience in Functional Testing • Experience in leading small group of Software tester (2-3) is a plus Required qualifications to be successful in this role.
• Solid understanding of programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
• Experience with version control systems (e.
., Git) and CI/CD tools (e.
., Jenkins, Travis CI).
• Knowledge of testing frameworks and tools like TestNG, JUnit, or similar.
• Proven track record of leading automation testing efforts in a fast-paced, agile environment Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with Test Management Tools such as HPALM, JIRA etc.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Prior experience in Banking Domain is an advantage Skills.
