As Automation Engineer, the person will be responsible of.
* Planning, drafting, programming and calculating the control software for manufacturing systems and machines as well as their components with the focus on automation technology; * Optimizing and adapting the control technology of machines and systems to best meet production requirements; * Start-up of machines and manufacturing systems.

Read more Read less Your profile * University degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Automation, Mechatronics, IT Systems or related studies; * 2 years of experience in industrial environment (preferable); * Knowledge in automaton programming (Beckoff / Siemens) and field bus; * Specific knowledge of PLC programming and Safety PLC programming; * Know-how in machine safety regulations; * Knowledge in the area of drive engineering and motion control; * Robotics background (ABB, KuKa); * Strong Portuguese skills (fluent or native - mandatory); * Strong English skills, written and spoken (B2); * Willingness to travel worldwide.
