The Role As an Automation Developer, you’ll play a key role in optimizing our processes and building innovative solutions.
Here’s what you’ll be doing.
Optimize processes.
Enhance the performance and scalability of RPA/DPA and Power Platform applications.
Mentor and guide.
Share your expertise with junior developers and promote best practices in development.
Collaborate.
Work closely with business teams and stakeholders to design and implement automated solutions that improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Review and improve.
Assess design solutions from other developers, ensuring they are resource-efficient and impactful.
Spot new opportunities.
Contribute to identifying new automation possibilities that will add value to the business.
Lead by example.
Help streamline processes by offering your subject matter expertise and support across teams.
Qualifications What We’re Looking For You’ll be a great fit for this role if you have.
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Management, Business, or a related field.
Experience in RPA/DPA development (UiPath, Blue Prism, Power Platform).
Power Platform experience (a plus).
Proficiency in programming languages like C#, PowerShell, or Python.
Hands-on experience with process analysis, requirements gathering, and flowcharting.
A strong understanding of how RPA can solve real business challenges.
Fluent English, both written and spoken.
