We're recruiting Auditors.
Are you the one? As an Audit you will.
* Perform the 'regular' assurance gathering activities over a.
the appropriateness, adequacy, and executional efficiency of risk responses implemented by management, and b.
compliance with internal Policies & Procedures and internal controls as defined by management for the operational effectiveness of day-to-day operations, through independent, objective assurance services in the form of a single-in-time internal audit, fit-gap assessment and desktop review, as prescribed by our internal auditing guidelines, at all levels/geographies of the organization, as per the audit plan approved by the Audit Committee; * Collaborate and support the assurance / audit team to complete the audit / assurance engagement efficiently and effectively in budget and in time; * Optimally engage with the direct auditee stakeholders within the scope of the engagement on the day-to-day operational interactions.
* Possess robust knowledge and experience in governance, risk management, internal controls, and general assurance provisioning activities; * Collaborate intensively with the other assurance functions (as applicable, within the scope of each engagement) being Risk & Controls, Information Security & Data Privacy, Ethics & Compliance.
Who we're looking for.
* University degree (Bachelor's or Master's) in Economics, Informatics or similar; * Optional 'post university' professional certification / education - examples.
Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Executive Master Internal/Operational Auditor (EMIA), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Governance Risk Compliance Professional (GRCP) Certification; * Relevant experience in (Enterprise) Risk Management, Internal Controls, GRC, Audit, Accounting, Finance, or a combination of the six, of which at least 3 years in Risk Management, Internal Controls or Audit; * Experience within 'Big Four' and/or other public accounting / audit / consulting companies, Fast Paced Consumer Goods (FMGC) and / or Multi-year international / global assignments environments; * Proficiency (written and verbal) in English and ability to present with impact and clarity by using materials prepared within the default suite of office tools (Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, Word, Excel, etc.); * Plus.
experience with GRC technology solutions (e.
.
IBM OpenPages, Audit Board).
