"- Full fluency in English (oral and written).
- Proficiency in mother tongue (Portuguese or Spanish) and reasonable knowledge of non-mother tongue (Portuguese or Spanish).
- Relevant legal knowledge of GDPR and local personal data protection law.
- Knowledge of the organizational structure and relevant stakeholders in the Linde companies to which you are appointed.
- Maintain expert knowledge through external training and acquire certification in personal data protection relevant to the company to which you are assigned.
- Ability to work autonomously and pro-actively and seek to acquire new local knowledge to answer questions from the business areas.
- Ability to manage data privacy projects and/or acquire the necessary knowledge to manage projects relevant to the specialty.
- Experience of working with OneTrust is a plusLiaise with REW data privacy compliance coordinator, EMEA Compliance Officer, Corporate data privacy team, EU data protection officer, and local legal counsel where required.
