Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Associate Business Development Manager (m/w/d) für unseren Standort in Hamburg.
Verantwortlichkeiten.
Unterstützung der Kundenentwicklung im Vertriebskanal durch die Identifizierung von Potentialen, basierend auf Input aus der Analyse von Kundendaten / Shopper Insights Steuerung der Kundenaktivitäten in Cross-funktionaler Zusammenarbeit mit dem Ziel der Implementierung der Kundenentwicklungsstrategien Enge Zusammenarbeit mit CDMs bezüglich der Analyse der Kundenperformance und Kundenentwicklung sowie Initiierung von korrektiven Aktionen zur Verbesserung Unterstützung der CDMs / CDTLs bei der internen Kundenplanung, bei der Entwicklung von Aktionen und bei der Erstellung von Selling-Stories für den Kunden Kombination der Kundensicht mit der Vertriebskanal- / Finanz-Strategie durch operative Handlungsempfehlungen Unterstützung bei der Vorbereitung der Jahresgespräche / Top to Top Gespräche Voraussetzungen.
Abgeschlossenes Studium im kaufmännischen / wirtschaftswissenschaftlichen Bereich oder vergleichbare Ausbildung Erste Erfahrungen im Bereich Vertrieb/Marketing vorteilhaft, vorzugsweise in der Konsumgüterindustrie Streben nach interdisziplinärem Verständnis und fachlicher Expertise die mühelose Kombination von Kreativität und Zahlenaffinität Interdisziplinäre und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise eine hohe Kommunikationsstärke in Wort und Schrift im Deutschen sowie im Englischen Diese Stelle besetzen wir befristet für 24 Monate.
