Roles and responsibilities.
What the job incumbent will do?   Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to.
Regularly review Travel and Expense (T&E) policies and procedures & highlight the areas of improvements.
Verify that all necessary supporting documentation, such as receipts and invoices, is attached to the expense reports   Ensure that reimbursement requests comply with the company's reimbursement policies and guidelines.
Verify that expenses are allocated to the correct cost centers or expense types Coordinate with finance teams & process reimbursement requests in a timely manner to ensure that employees are reimbursed promptly.
Participate in special projects, supports testing and training needs Analyzes expense data and trends to identify deficiencies & opportunities Acts as a subject matter expert for transaction-related issues.
Conduct training & awareness sessions to enhance compliance to policy Communicate with employees to resolve any issues or discrepancies in their expense reports in a timely manner Provide guidance and clarification on reimbursement policies and procedures.
Generate reports and summaries related to reimbursement activities for management and auditing purposes.
Facilitate internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and information.
Identify opportunities for process improvement in the reimbursement workflow & collaborate with stakeholders for implementation.
What experience and knowledge will the incumbent bring? Minimum years of work experience preferred is 1 year Qualification - B.
om Proficient knowledge of G Suite & Excel Prior experience of working on SAP & Concur (preferred)   What competencies will the incumbent demonstrate?
