1.
Prepare, Analyze, Run payment proposal as per the scheduled dates for Third party and Inter company payments as per the bank cutoff time 2.
Prepare /Analyze the duplicate report 3.
Prepares monthly SOX and Audit requirements 4.
Maintaining 100% accuracy and efficiency while initiating the payments 5.
Initiate Manual payments based on request with accuracy 6.
Ensure Month end closing on timely basis 7.
Respond to vendor/invoice related enquiry / payment related Issue resolution 8.
Identify and actively participate in Continuous process improvement 9.
Ensuring all the SOBP are updated on timely basis 10.
Review, Verify & Post PO and NON PO invoices 11.
Regular review of debit balances/Aged Balances in the vendor account and resolving the same 12.
Ensuring all payments are accurately processed, recorded, and reconciled   Required (Education, Knowledge required, Language skills, etc) Bachelor's Degree required Min 2+ year experience   Preferred Requirements.
