ASSET CONTROLLING - MANGUALDE

Multitempo by Job&Talent is recruiting a Asset Controlling for a leading international client in the automotive sector.
DETAILS.
- Ensure control of investments from signature of the DI/AR to Asset’s capitalization.
- Control and Validation of Investment Projects on SAP R/3.
- Creation and classification of Fixed Assets on SAP R/3.
- Creation of Capitalized Auxiliary Production Orders (OPA).
- Managing of Variation Requests for WBS Reductions.
- Managing of Investment Fund Constraint.
- Ensure the WIP (work in progress) indicator; - Ensure the correct start of depreciation of fixed assets; - Control the group's investments to ensure proper compliance with accounting and tax rules (Opex and Capex) and internal procedures - Validate purchasing requests with the criteria defined on the standard in the SAP FIDGI and SAP FALCON applications.
- Validated the distribution of Opex-capex budgets on WBS SAP Falcon.
- Validate budgets on SAP FALCON, - Settlements on AUC (current asset) and FXA (final asset) on SAP Falcon.
- Support for SAP FALCON users.
- Control and execution of requests for splits or transfersof assets.
REQUIREMENTS.
- Knowledge of IT tools (Office 365, etc) - Some Knowledge of the investment process and manufacturing (assembly, painting, etc.).
- Good level of English and Italian Language.
