ARTWORK REPLICATION: BUILDINGS & PORTRAITS BLEND

I'm seeking an artist capable of replicating a specific piece of graphic artwork where buildings seamlessly merge with portraits.
Key Requirements.
- Ability to accurately replicate intricate building details and portrait elements from a provided reference image - Strong understanding of blending different graphic elements into a cohesive piece Ideal Skills and Experience.
- Proficient in graphic design and artwork replication - Prior experience with similar graphic artwork - Keen attention to detail The artwork will be used for personal purposes.
What I will provide.
- 6 Portraits Pictures (raw pictures, need to be masked, edited etc.) - 6 Buildings - What Building needs to be blend with which portrait What I expect.
- 6 PSD Files (each per Portrait), with all the layers Photoshop Design Gráfico Ilustrações Edição de Fotos ID do Projeto.
