ARCHITECTURAL DRAFTING SERVICES FEE PROPOSAL

1.
Convert a residential plan sketch to a CAD drawing showcasing the plan and elevations based on a 1.
m grid.
The CAD drawings should be basic layouts with dimensions, but also include section views.
The final deliverables should be a PDF and DWG file.
2.
Provide a 3D external rendering of the front of the home from the attached design.
3.
Create a complete set of working drawings to Australian Standards for both single and double-storey homes in this collection.
This includes plans, elevations, sections, bathroom and kitchen layouts, as well as electrical plans.
Important Notes.
- This project involves a total of twenty homes, ten single and ten double-storey.
- Please provide separate quotes for single and double storey homes, with a detailed breakdown for each.
- Allowance for revisions should be included in your quote.
- Samples of previous work and relevant experience should be included.
Ideal candidates will have.
- Extensive experience in architectural drafting.
- Proficient knowledge of CAD software.
- Ability to create detailed, accurate drawings and 3D renders.
- Familiarity with Australian Standards for working drawings.
- Strong communication skills for incorporating feedback and revisions.
