ARCHITECT - POWER BI

Overview Position Overview.
  We are seeking a skilled Microsoft Power Platform Engineer with strong Power BI expertise to help implement scalable PGT reporting solutions including development, testing, optimization, monitoring, deployment management, and supporting the end-to-end PGT Dashboards.
You will be instrumental in development of reports and dashboards using Power BI enhancing the User Experience and deployment process, automating tasks using Power Platform, and ensuring seamless transitions from development to production workspaces.
In addition to Power BI Skill s, we will need Power Apps expertise to develop PGT related applications and workflows.
Responsibilities Key Responsibilities.
  Develop and implement scalable PGT reporting solutions using Power BI and Power Apps, including optimization, automation, deployment management, and ongoing support.
  Leverage Power BI and Power App connectors for integrations and data management with applications such as SAP, Oracle, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, etc., while managing refreshes, automation, and ongoing maintenance.
    Provide support and resolve issues related to PGT Dashboards, KPIs, Reports, workspace provisioning, and data management.
  Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks and implement long-term solutions using Power Platform and Azure DevOps applications.
  Provide support and training to junior team members (e.
., campus hires, GET graduates, interns) on Power BI and Power Platform as part of upskilling and cross-skilling initiatives.
  Take full ownership of assigned Bugs, User Stories, and Features, including documentation, requirement analysis, development, testing, and deployment, ensuring timely resolution and closure.
    Regularly report the status of assigned work items, stories, bugs, and issues to the respective Lead (s) and during the daily Scrum meetings etc.
    Participate in PI planning meetings, identify opportunities for improvement, and contribute to promoting agility in the development of applications and reporting.
  Qualifications Mandatory Technical Skills & Experience.
  Extensive experience in developing reports, testing, and deploying dashboards using Power BI and Power Platform applications, with a preference for integrations with SAP, Oracle, ServiceNow and Azure DevOps.
  Strong knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform tools with expertise in Power BI & Power Apps applications.
  Expertise in Data Modelling, Data Visualization, D ata Analysis & Expressions (DAX), Power Query (ETL, Transform), Power BI Service, Performance optimization, Governance & Security (RLS, access controls, audit access etc.).
  Power BI Administration managing Refresh activities, datasets, workspace management, automate workflows, connections to various data sources like SQL Server, Excel, Azure, SAP, Oracle, Smart sheets, etc.
  Experience in Power Automate to integrate with workflows and trigger automated actions based on Power BI data.
  Excellent analytical and communication skills, with a strong curiosity to learn, explore, and research details.
  Nice to have.
Experience implementing AI solutions such as Co-Pilot in Power BI and Power Apps for predictive analytics etc.    Ideally 4-6 years of experience with Power BI and Power Platform; however, this requirement can be flexible for candidates with suitable experience and qualifications (relevant master’s degree preferred).
Any previous experience with PGT reporting or PepsiCo experience will be strongly preferred.

Full Time Degree mandatory and Master's degree in related specialty strongly preferred
