Overview Main Purpose.
This role will be part of the PGT eHANA Sustain team being setup under Enterprise Solutions function in Tech Hub at Hyderabad.
This role supports the sustain activities along with issues fixes, implementation and deployment of the Make to Deploy (MTD)/ Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) area of the PepsiCo Global template (PGT).
The objective of this role is to focus on run and maintain of PGT reports, processes and develop the objects adapted to PepsiCo Global Template solution supports for MTD/EAM.
The role collaborates in standardization of the business processes in sustain and ensuring that the configured system are maintained according to the Global Template approach while meeting the needs of the business.
This role augments the capability within Enterprise Solutions function to sustain the PepsiCo Global template (PGT) in agile manner to multiple markets for MTD/EAM value stream.
  Responsibilities Accountability.
  Resource to be part of DSO team.
Responsible to a nalyze issues/tickets raise d by business and coordinate with business associates to have a resolution as per SLA.
  For the Enhancements/new report requirements, own requirements gathering, design, delivery, testing and user training of reporting and analytics solutions within the scope of PepsiCo Global Template.
  Partner with the Value Stream Leads to verify the issue resolution before implementation and deploy – Consult / Execute    Work closely and collaborate with onshore and offshore team members and business partners to ensure timely delivery of the work.
  Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization   Ability to work flexible hours based on varying business requirements   Knowledge and experience in the following tools, disciplines and processes are nice to have.
SAP Solman, HP-ALM, Sharepoint, ServiceNow etc.    Ability to quickly adapt to changes in technologies, timelines and sequences   Adopt and adhere to Agile principles and values (see www.

  Adopt development practices which focus on quality and value, while increasing efficiency, and minimizing waste   Foster an environment where communication, teamwork, and innovation are encouraged   Help to implement Agile engineering best practices such as continuous integration, automation of testing and delivery, and continuous peer review within teams.
  Qualifications Key Skills and Education.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering required   Deep and broad experience with solution design, configuration and implementation for SAP Analytics tools   At least 1 - 3 years SAP HANA development within XSA / WebIDE environment.    At least 6- 8 years of hands-on experience on SAP HANA development with CDS views, Complex Calculation views, store d procedures and Business warehouse on HANA developments   At least 2 -5 year of knowledge and experience of Supply chain development in S/4 H ANA        Solution Design / Configuration for SAP Analytics   Significant ex p e rie nce in developing reports and dashboards using FIORI, Analysis for Office (AfO), SAP Ana lytics Cloud (SAC), WEBI etc.
  Good coding skills in either of these.
SAP-ABAP, SQL, Java script   Good to have.
Knowledge and skills for SAP Landscape Transformation (SLT)   At least 3-4 years of major SAP transformation project with experience in    F unctional & technical solution design & development   Develop project deliverables - formal/structured methodology   Analyze requirements definition/mapping & apply required configuration changes   D evelopment, execution and hypercare   UAT execution lead role for a specific area Functional & Technical Workshop delivery Training material and documentation development   D ifferentiating Competencies Required.
  Coaching/Facilitation skills (as promoted by the Agile Coaching Institute), including but not limited to   Levels of Listening   Conflict Resolution   Root Cause facilitation   Training techniques
