Monitoring and SRC Role Job Description.
o To have knowledge on Dynatrace Managed (DTM), BigPanda and ServiceNow.
o Role is of Monitoring and SRC.
o Have Basic knowledge on Dynatrace Managed (DTM), BigPanda, Grafana, VFaaS Scripting (JSON), ETL (Informatica), Mainframe (CA7), Oracle Database (mssql), Linux, VmWare.
o Have experience working on production support environment.
o To be able work on rotational shifts (India Shifts during weekdays, 24X2 shifts in the weekend).
o Work from Office only (All 5 days in a week).
o Good Communication skills.
