Your future duties and responsibilities.
As an Application Data Architect, you will be responsible for.
- Writing technical sections in business documents while adhering to enterprise architecture.
- Developing physical data models for technologies such as CosmosDB (No SQL) and Dataverse (Power Platform).
- Creating comprehensive data models that ensure alignment with client requirements.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role.
- Degree.
A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Development, or a recognized equivalent.
Foreign candidates must provide proof of equivalency.
- Experience.
At least 10 years in information technology, including 6 years as a data architecture consultant, encompassing ETL process design and mastery of integration tools like SSIS.
- Databases.
5 years of experience with Microsoft SQL Server or later, along with proficiency in SSMS/SSIS/SSRS/T-SQL and data profiling.
- Data Modeling.
4 years of experience with data flow modeling techniques, data warehouses, or data marts.
- Microsoft Products.
2 years of experience with Cosmos DB, Dataverse (Power Platform or Dynamics CRM), and Azure Data Factory.
- Concrete Experience.
Proven experience as a data architecture consultant on at least two mandates of person-days, with a contribution of 150 person-days.
- Residence.
Must reside in the province of Quebec.
- Language.
Comfortable communicating in French (oral).
- Work Authorization.
Already authorized to work legally in Canada.
Assets.
- Minimum of 2 years of practical experience with Microsoft Power Automate or Azure Logic Apps.
- Minimum of 2 years of practical experience with Power BI.
- Minimum of 1 year of practical experience with modeling tools such as Visio and Visual Paradigm.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to take on leadership roles in complex projects.
