API ARCHITECT

We are seeking a skilled API Architect to establish and uphold API governance, security standards, and design best practices for our client.
What you'll do.
Ensure API lifecycle management aligns with organizational governance models; Review API specifications to ensure compliance with internal guidelines and best practices; Assess API security models and propose enhancements to meet security requirements; Facilitate API lifecycle processes across multiple projects; Streamline and industrialize API lifecycle processes to improve efficiency.
What you'll need to bring.
Strong architectural mindset with the ability to quickly grasp API objectives and drive teams toward best practices; Hands-on experience with API Management Platforms (e.
., Apigee, WSO2, or others); Proficiency in API specification formats.
OpenAPI v3, Swagger 2, WSDL; Strong understanding of data formats such as JSON and XML; Deep knowledge of authentication, authorization, and encryption standards, including OAuth2, OIDC, mTLS, FAPI, TLS/SSL; Experience using API design tools and linters; Familiarity with OpenAI and working with YAML for API definitions.
