ANIME VIDEO UPSCALING

Project Overview.
I am seeking a skilled freelancer with experience in video processing to upscale a large collection of anime videos (totaling 3.
TB) using VideoProcConverterAI, particularly utilizing the Super Resolution feature.
The task involves several crucial steps, including converting video containers to MKV format (if necessary), extracting and managing subtitles, upscaling the videos, and ensuring proper subtitle reinsertion post-upscale, all while maintaining the original formats.
