• Lead the design and development of high-quality, scalable, and maintainable user interfaces using Angular.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Architect and implement complex UI components and ensure they integrate seamlessly with backend services.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Develop and enforce best practices for front-end development, including coding standards, code reviews, and testing.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our applications remain cutting-edge.
• Work closely with backend developers to design and implement RESTful APIs using Java/Spring.
• Ensure the security, performance, and reliability of the UI components.
• Lead assigned development teams working in agile manner.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.
• Promote the use of reusable components and libraries to improve efficiency and maintainability.
Required Skills.
• 10+ years of experience in front-end development, with a strong focus on Angular.
• Expert knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing complex UI architectures.
• Strong understanding of RESTful API design and development using Java/Spring.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with version control systems like Git.
• Familiarity with continuous integration and deployment tools such as Jenkins or Bamboo.
• Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Experience with agile development methodologies.
• Knowledge of UI/UX best practices and principles.
• Quick learner with the ability to efficiently navigate large codebases and identify development patterns • Basic understanding of the build and deployment process for Angular applications.
Desirable Skills.
• Knowledge of backend development and database management.
• Experience with DevOps practices and tools.
