Your 'day to day' Support the design, build and deployment of Finance Global PBF&R system solutions and processes, ensuring accuracy and integrity of data.
Engage with stakeholders to understand current and future business requirements and their impact on the finance system landscape by acting as an intermediary between Finance, Business, and IT Teams, ensuring that technology solutions address the business needs.
Identify areas of improvement and opportunities to deliver increased contributions to the business.
As a Finance Systems Governance Analyst, you will.
* Implement acceptance testing and support worldwide user community to adopt usage of existing or new functionalities; * Ensure accuracy and integrity of master data and transactional data used applications and that overall system is end user ready and updated as per PMI Instructions and deadlines; * Build and maintain systems/services documentations, training programs/materials, operating manuals within assigned scope; * Engage with stakeholders to understand current and future business requirements and their impact on the finance system landscape by acting as an intermediary between Finance, Business, and IT Teams; * Continuously evolve our Finance applications and data landscape by designing, improving and redesign projects, ensuring they deliver the expected business outcomes.
Who we're looking for * University Degree in Business Management; Information Management; Business Analytics; Statistics and Econometrics; Finance; Data Science; Computer Science or similar; * Work experience up to 2 years, ideally in a multinational environment in the areas of finance, data analytics or systems and information management; * Strong analytical and conceptual thinking; * Proactive & Curious mindset; * Good communication skills.
good ability to articulate and translate into action technical and operational subjects; * Proficient level of English (spoken and written); * Intermediate level of MS Office usage, namely Excel and PowerPoint; * We value system-oriented and candidates with past experiences with Financial Applications.
