- Inventory Management.
Ensuring optimal stock levels and timely restocking to meet demand.
- Customer Service.
Handling customer inquiries, complaints, and reviews in a professional and timely manner.
- Amazon SEO.
Implementing effective strategies to improve search rankings and visibility.
- Amazon Advertising.
Creating and managing targeted advertising campaigns to boost sales.
- Competitor and Market Analysis.
Keeping track of market trends and competitor activities for strategic planning.
- Customer Reviews and Engagement.
Encouraging positive reviews and engaging with customers to build brand loyalty.
- Inventory and Fulfillment Coordination.
Overseeing the logistics of inventory management and fulfillment.
- Performance Monitoring and Reporting.
Regularly assessing account performance and providing detailed reports.
