The focus of this role is to handle client requests promptly and efficiently while coordinating with our cleaning team.
Key Responsibilities.
- Manage incoming client requests in a chronological and timely manner.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries to deliver excellent customer service.
- Coordinate cleaning schedules and communicate special requirements to the cleaning team.
- Update reservations and handle booking-related tasks as needed.
Ideal Skills and Experience.
-Previous experience with Airbnb or similar platforms is preferred.
- Strong organisational skills to prioritise and manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients professionally.
This is a part-time, remote-friendly role offering flexible hours.
