We're looking for a seasoned AI/ML lead developer with a passion for innovation and a strong software development background.
You'll lead the charge in designing and deploying AI solutions while mentoring a talented team and staying on the pulse of the latest AI advancements.
Key Responsibilities.
- Lead & Mentor.
Guide a team of AI developers, shaping AI strategies that align with business goals.
- Develop & Deploy.
Design, build, and optimize scalable AI models and systems using the latest ML techniques.
- Collaborate & Communicate.
Work with stakeholders to translate business needs into AI solutions, and communicate complex ideas clearly.
- Innovate & Improve.
Drive AI innovation, continuously enhancing existing models and systems to stay ahead of the curve.
- Ensure Quality.
Implement best practices for AI model development, testing, and deployment.
Qualifications.
- Education.
Bachelor s or Master s in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field.
- Experience.
5+ years in AI/ML development with a strong software development background.
- Skills.
Proficient in Python/Java, experienced with TensorFlow, PyTorch, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), and big data tools (Hadoop, Spark, Kafka).
- Leadership.
Strong communication skills and a proven track record of leading and mentoring teams.
