Position Description.
CGI has an immediate need for an Agile Scrum Master to join our team.
This position can be located remotely anywhere in the U.

where there is a CGI office.

• We partner with 15 of the top 20 banks globally, and our top 10 banking clients have worked with us for an average of 26 years! • We have over + CGI Members in 40 countries and over 5k+ loyal Clients who are leveraging our end-to-end services across the globe Project Pitch ​​We are looking for an Agile Scrum Master with 7-8 years of experience in managing scrum team.​ Your future duties and responsibilities.
• Guide team members on how to use the Scrum process and Agile practices.
• Lead team members to ensure product vision and goals are met, and communicate product workflow to keep colleagues informed every step of the way.
• Identify organizational roadblocks that limit team productivity and quality, and provide feedback to management, so we can improve, innovate, and move forward.
• Lead team members on the continuous improvement of Agile practices.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role.
• 7-8 years of experience in managing scrum team.
• Strong knowledge in Atlassian suite of tools such as Jira, Confluence.
• Strong communication skills​.
• Experience with Scaled Agile Framework and coaching at program/portfolio.
• Experience with AWS or other Cloud technologies.
• Proven experience with enhancing Agile processes and developing high-performing Agile teams.
• Experience with facilitating the discussions of complex, high value IT delivery projects that require the coordination of development or technology work on multiple platforms to achieve the desired functionality.
• Background in Project Management.
Certifications.
Scrum Master Certified.
