Taking ownership and accountability with delivery focus, building and leading high performing teams while driving change throughout the department.
You'll need to be confident in challenging business requirements to ensure the teams deliver the best possible outcome.
You'll work closely with the clients and multi-partner teams to understand the business needs, help translate that to deliverable iterations and ensure positive delivery outcomes.
You must be hands-on delivery-wise whilst improving delivery practices within the clients’ business.
We are looking for a passionate and driven leader for the people in your teams & around the role.
Ensuring they are all equipped to succeed whilst providing pastoral care to those around you.
Expected travelling time (UK and USA).
0%-15%, varies according to project/client.
You will be working with teams across different time zones and locations.
