We are looking for a highly skilled Agile Analyst with deep expertise in SuccessFactors, agile methodologies, and stakeholder management.
This individual will collaborate with key users and stakeholders, analyze business needs, and present innovative solutions that align with organizational goals.
The role requires strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to operate effectively in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
• Must have.
- Product Owner Certification (PSPO I or CSPO) - Advanced business knowledge, allowing the presentation of alternative suggestions to those requested by stakeholders and key users - Fluency in Portuguese and English (written and spoken) - Solid and practical knowledge of the SuccessFactors system - Practical experience in agile methodologies (Scrum, kanban) and tools such as Jira and Confluence - Ability to analyze and solve problems, with strong results orientation - Excellent communication skills and ability to clearly articulate technical and business requirements, as well as stakeholder management in dynamic environments • Nice to have.
