Everything you are looking for and more Support the head of department to ensure the opening of new agencies as well as their subsequent followup and maintenance.
To get contacts with partners and meetings as well as tracking data to help improve the department such as costs or volumes.
Provide support in the startup of new agencies to ensure the proper functioning of these as well as assist in the implementation of IT advice and training of the procedures necessary for the proper treatment of goods.
What responsibilities and objectives will you have Ensuring the correct functioning of the agency in the event of possible incidents (maintenance of guns printers etc.).
Checking delivery notes and agency costs.
Sporadic trips to the agencies.
Control of processes and training of new staff.
Opening of new agencies.
Checking that the daily processes are carried out correctly.
Daily communication and contact with the agencies.
Transport control (hiring of extra vans for interagency liaison).
Control and verification of the monthly invoicing of the agencies.
General management of possible incidents with the agency and intermediary support with other affected departments (Customer Experience operations etc.).
File management and preparation for openings.
Implementation and computerised creation of routes and new agencies Well what will the requirements be 3 to 5 years in a similar position.
Degree (Valuable but not necessary).
Willingness to travel.
Communication skills.
Negotiation and customer acquisition skills.
Customer and results oriented.
Proactive and able to work autonomously.
Ability to prioritise and organise your work in multitasking environments.
Able to develop in dynamic environments and enjoy reaching ambitious goals.
English is a plus.
