Your tasks * Interface between Project Team and Purchasing Organization; * Carry out RFQs for new parts and prepare sourcing suggestions; * Support of supplier resourcing activities/tool transfers; * Facilitate and coordinate purchasing-related requirements between development project teams and purchasing team; * Enter and maintain commercial data in ERP system; * Monitoring and implementation of project material cost targets; * Searching for alternative components (when there is a lack of material) and appropriate order; * Tracking of project material cost; * Support the implementation of material group- and supplier strategy; * Quote new parts and prepare supplier nomination decisions; * Maintain the approved vendors' list for relevant commodities; * Support project development teams for purchasing related topics for relevant commodities; * Support other functions in escalated situations regarding responsible commodities; * Create, maintain and update the preferred supplier list; * Identification of new potential suppliers; * Perform supplier meetings and price negotiations and prepare supplier nominations; * Support global lead buyer for commodities.
