Requirement for Advanced Freight Management Excel Dashboard Dear I hope this message finds you well.
I am looking for an advanced Excel solution for our freight forwarding operations.
Below are the specific requirements.
1.
Data Entry Form.
A user-friendly dashboard to enter shipment details, such as.
Arrival and departure times.
HBL and CFS manifest details.
Railing status, delivery order status.
BL (Telex/Original) status.
Each shipment should create a unique job number automatically.
2.
Centralized Database.
All data should be stored in a master Excel sheet, capturing all shipment details.
3.
Search and Filter Functionality.
Ability to search by job number, BL number, or other fields.
Upon searching, display all related details for the specific shipment in one view.
4.
Data Visualization Dashboard.
Interactive charts showing.
Total shipments.
Shipments under sailing, at sea, or pending IGM/CFS tasks.
Clicking on a specific category should show related shipment details.
5.
Task and Status Tracking.
Highlight overdue tasks or pending items like IGM or CFS manifest.
6.
Automated Alerts.
Notifications for critical deadlines (e.
., IGM submission, BL confirmation).
7.
Export and Reporting.
Ability to generate reports filtered by date, status, or job number, exportable in Excel or PDF formats.
