I run a german short-format content agency that edits videos for various coaches, businesses and podcasts.
The videos are seconds long and I expect you to edit subtitles, b-roll, stock footage, dynamic motion/graphics and make the video in general.
entertaining and highly engaging.
You will be paid $usd/month for Videos in the beginning I am looking for a person that can be my full time editor for the next 6-12 months with the possibility of consistent and big pay-raises when the agency experiences growth.
The process is super streamlined.
We will provide the german script of the video and the english translated script for each video and for high quality projects we will also provide Looms showcasing what are the expectations for each video.
All videos are tailored by me -> you get the raw footage, edit it and upload the edited videos in a separate folder.
All videos should be edited in 9/16 format for fullscreen experiences on IG Reels + TikTok.

Important.
I expect a sample to quality check your work, if I find qualified for the position, I will provide you with the raw footage.
Fluent English is a must + you must be able to jump on a Zoom call to go through the onboarding process(webcam is a must).
Daily reports are expected whenever we get to work.
Please ensure the posts convey a professional and informative tone.
The editor should have high creative input and bring their own ideas to enhance the videos.
