HE ROLEAs an Accounts Receivable Analyst, you will be an integral part of our Finance department, focused on managing and optimizing the company’s accounts receivable and revenue recognition processes.
You will be responsible for monitoring and reviewing internal customer accounts, ensuring timely payments, and maintaining accurate financial records.
Your role will involve collaborating with various departments to resolve any payment discrepancies, improve internal procedures, and enhance overall efficiency.
HAT WILL YOU WORK ON?Monitor and review internal customer accounts receivable balances to ensure timely payments are made;Investigate and resolve discrepancies in payment records by coordinating with internal departments;Collaborate with internal teams to resolve payment issues and collect necessary documentation;Prepare and reconcile internal accounts receivable reports, ensuring accuracy and completeness;Conduct research to identify and address accounts receivable issues, minimizing discrepancies and improving processes;Assist in developing and refining internal procedures to enhance the efficiency of the accounts receivable function;Manage and follow up on internal accounts receivable payments, ensuring compliance with company policies;Safeguard sensitive accounts receivable data and maintain accurate records.
HO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field;Up to 2 years of relevant experience in accounts receivable or a comparable field;Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve problems;Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;Proficient in Microsoft Excel and experience with accounting softwares as well as payment processing platforms (Stripe and Paypal for example);Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills;Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
