The Accounting & Controlling Regional HUB is an accounting, closing and reporting competence centre, covering most companies of Siemens Healthineers in Europe.
It ensures the correctness of the Financial Statements of 25+ entities in the following countries.
Belgium, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Luxemburg, Malta, Morocco, Algeria, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Switzerland, and United Kingdom.
Your tasks and responsibilities.
You will lead and develop teams of accounting experts and directly report to the head of the Accounting Hub.
Together with your team, you will be responsible for all General Ledger activities of the Siemens Healthineers Accounting Hub, thereby ensuring compliance with our accounting guidelines as well as an efficient and high-quality closing process.
You will work closely with the country organizations and headquarter as well as our auditor to ensure accuracy of books and record.
You will oversee the design, efficiency and development of our internal processes and control.
You will support countries in an SAP ERP implementation.
You will actively drive the automation and digitization of our processes.
Your qualifications and experience.
You have successfully completed studies in accounting, finance, business administration or in an equivalent area.
You have long-standing relevant professional experience.
You have experience in leading and developing internationally operating teams.
You have a deep understanding of accounting processes and their representation in SAP ERP system.
You have excellent MS Office knowledge (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), experience with dashboards and RPAs is considered a plus.
Your attributes and skills.
You are people-oriented, responsive and able to work under short timelines as well as have analytical and organizational skills, ownership for governance topics and a positive attitude You have excellent presentation skills in English.
Proficiency in other languages is advantageous Being part of our team.
