Role Overview.
We are seeking a detailoriented and highly skilled Accountant to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will have a solid background in accounting with at least 5 years of experience and will be responsible for managing various accounting tasks ensuring tax compliance and supporting the overall financial health of the company.

Key Responsibilities.
Transaction Recording.
Accurately record all financial transactions ensuring the integrity and accuracy of accounting processes.
Accounting Entries.
Compute and verify pertinent accounting entries preparing them for system integration.
System Integration.
Generate import files and ensure their correct upload into the accounting system.
Control Sheet Maintenance.
Maintain and update control sheets for entry calculations ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
Tax Compliance.
Ensure full compliance with all relevant tax regulations preparing necessary documentation and reports.
Transfer Orders.
Initiate and process transfer orders collaborating with the BackOffice team as needed.
Statutory Reporting Support.
Assist in the preparation and submission of statutory financial reports ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.
Audit Assistance.
Provide necessary support during audits including the preparation of documents and reports.
Invoice Drafting.
Draft initial versions of invoices for review and approval.
File Organization.
Organize and manage physical and virtual files according to established standards ensuring easy access and retrieval.
Client Communication.
Handle basic electronic communications with clients including sending invoices and bank statements.
Control Sheet Updates.
Contribute to the continuous updating of department control sheets ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
Requisitos Requirements.
Educational Background.
Bachelors degree in Accounting.
Experience.
Minimum of 5 years of work experience in a relevant accounting role.
Language Skills.
Proficient in English with a minimum B2 level.
Technical Skills.
Solid background in accounting principles and practices with proficiency in the MS Office suite (Excel Word PowerPoint).

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
