Position Overview.
We are seeking a diligent and motivated Accounting Assistant / Office Clerk to join our team.
This position offers ample opportunities for growth within a supportive and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities.
Monthly Billing.
Own the monthly billing process, communicate with Account Executives regarding client invoicing, and resolve any billing issues promptly.
Audit Assistance.
Support the accounting department with year-end audits, including our financial audit and SOC II audit.
Ad Hoc Accounting Tasks.
Perform additional accounting tasks as needed.
Office Management.
Manage office duties such as filing, purchasing supplies, answering phone calls, and handling other tasks as they arise.
Qualifications.
Experience.
1-5 years of related experience.
Accounting experience is not mandatory but is a plus.
Skills.
Strong organizational and communication skills, ability to multitask, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Attributes.
A proactive attitude, attention to detail, and a team-oriented mindset.
