We are currently seeking an experienced and detailoriented Manager Project Planning to oversee and coordinate our project planning processes.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing comprehensive project plans establishing timelines allocating resources and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
This role requires strong leadership skills exceptional organizational abilities and a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects.
Responsibilities.
Develop and implement project planning strategies to meet organizational objectives.
Lead and oversee the project planning team providing guidance and support as needed.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope objectives and deliverables.
Create detailed project plans including timelines milestones and resource allocations.
Monitor project progress identify potential risks or issues and implement corrective actions as necessary.
Coordinate with crossfunctional teams to ensure alignment and communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Conduct regular project reviews and status meetings to keep stakeholders informed of progress and any changes.
Evaluate project performance against established metrics and benchmarks identifying opportunities for improvement.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the project planning team.
Requirements Bachelors degree in project planning engineering architecture or a related field would be beneficial.
Masters degree or certification preferred.
Minimum 15 years of experience in project management or project planning roles with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Proficiency in project management software/tools (e.
.
Microsoft Project Jira Asana) and familiarity with project management methodologies (e.
.
Agile Waterfall Kanban etc.).
Exceptional organizational and problemsolving abilities with keen attention to detail.
Ability to thrive in a fastpaced deadlinedriven environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
